In the interview, Una outlines how myPatientSpace is supporting the GERONTE (H2020) initiative, a pan-European effort to reimagine cancer care pathways for older adults. By combining clinical data, geriatric assessments, and patient-reported experiences, myPatientSpace is working alongside project partners across the continent to create a scalable, integrated model of care that meets the complex needs of older patients.
Our platform delivers a shared dashboard for oncologists, geriatricians, nurses and allied-health professionals, bringing together key assessments, patient preferences and longitudinal health data to support better decision-making. For patients, a companion web/mobile interface supports remote monitoring and self-management, helping them stay connected to their care team and proactively report symptoms or concerns.
